General Policy
- Notice Requirements: To avoid any cancellation fees, reservations must be canceled according to the specific timeframes mentioned below.
- How to Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by notifying us via email or phone. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails or faxes. Please verify your cancellation over the phone if you have not received a cancellation confirmation email.
Cancellation Timeframes
- Standard Limousines, Sedans, SUVs, Vans, and Buses:
- Weekdays: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the service date.
- Weekends: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the service date.
- Holidays, Weddings, and Special Events: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the service date.
- Airport Transfers: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the service date. Any airport transfer changes must be completed over the phone at least 4 hours in advance. Reservations made less than 48 hours before the service date are non-cancelable.
No Show Policy
If you fail to notify us of a cancellation and leave the pick-up location without contacting our customer service team, you will be charged the full reservation amount.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to the cancellation policy stated in your confirmation email. Full charges will be applied in case of late cancellations or no-shows, as per the conditions above.
