ATTENTION PASSENGER:
- NO SMOKING: A $300 fine will be charged to your credit card for any smoking inside the vehicle.
- SERVICE ISSUES: Must be reported at the time of occurrence or within 24 hours.
- PERSONAL BELONGINGS: We are not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle.
- PAYMENTS: Refundable in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined below.
CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid late cancellation or “no-show” fees, reservations must be canceled in accordance with the cancellation policy stated in your email confirmation. Cancellations must be made via email or phone. We are not liable for undelivered or blocked emails or faxes; a reservation is considered canceled only after you receive a cancellation confirmation email. If you don’t receive confirmation, please verify your cancellation by phone.
- Full charges will apply for late cancellations or “no-shows.”
- For Limousines, Sedans, SUVs, Vans, and Buses on weekends: Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the service will be charged in full.
- For Holidays, Special Occasions, Weddings, and Events: Cancellations made less than 10 days prior will be subject to full charges.
- For Airport Transfers: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will be charged in full. Changes to airport transfers must be made over the phone at least 4 hours in advance. Reservations made less than 48 hours before the service are non-cancelable.
If you experience difficulty locating your chauffeur, please call the customer service number listed on your confirmation email. Leaving the pickup location without notifying us will result in a “no-show” charge equal to the full amount.
DAMAGES: The client is fully responsible for any damage to the vehicle or injuries caused by any passengers, whether accidental or intentional. This includes any damage caused by baggage, parcels, or other property brought on board. In cases of misconduct, the chauffeur has the right to terminate service immediately without a refund. Any damages to the vehicle will be charged to the client’s account. Limousine service is not liable for personal or material damages arising from the conduct of passengers.
AGREEMENT:
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. A $300 fee will be charged for any violation.
Illegal Substances: No illegal drugs are allowed in our vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse transportation to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or to any person likely to cause discomfort to others.
Safety and Behavior: Passengers must not interfere with the driver’s operation of the vehicle or tamper with any equipment inside the vehicle.
Weddings and Proms: Special packages apply to weddings and proms. Failure to disclose event details to our representatives may result in adjusted pricing after service completion. We do not provide prom services; if prom attendees are detected at pickup, the driver will report to dispatch, and service will be canceled with no refund. Full payment will still be charged.
Weather and Traffic: We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions due to inclement weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Overtime Charges: Overtime charges, additional stops, and extended travel times for trips outside metropolitan areas may apply. The final billing will reflect any changes made during the service.
